Rover (Male Scouts) Ranger (Female Scouts) aims at "Social Service". Rovers Rangers services personally and in an organised manner for solving various types of problems of the society with selflessness sacrifice. Aspirants of CLM college regularly attend Rover Rangers training camps and then Brighten up their character and maintain disciplined life by doing social services.
Groups of rovers and ranges are formed every year in CLM college. They also plays special role for all the functions which are organised in the college, in their uniform, in maintaining order, service and discipline as volunteers and become distinguished.
